This page explains what happens to the information you share with Nomien through the early-access waitlist. We've written it to match how the site actually behaves today, not a generic template — and we'll update it the moment that behaviour changes.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by Alacrity Foundation. If anything here is unclear, the contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What the waitlist form collects
If you fill in the waitlist form, the fields are:
- your name;
- your email address;
- whether you're interested as a café, a supplier, or both.
There is also a hidden anti-spam field that genuine visitors never see or fill in. We don't use cookies, and there is no analytics or third-party tracking on this site.
How that information is handled today
Nomien is pre-launch, and the waitlist form on this site is currently active. When you submit it, the form validates your details in your browser and sends the information listed above to Supabase. Supabase stores the waitlist records for Nomien and acts as our data processor.
We use those records only to manage early access and understand whether you're joining as a café, a roaster, or both.
Why we collect it
The only reason we ask for these details is to contact you about Nomien early access. We won't use your details for unrelated marketing, and we'll never sell or rent them.
Retention
We'll keep your details only for as long as needed to manage early access, and delete them on request or once no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, and to opt out of further contact. Every email we send will include a one-click unsubscribe.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any information you share with us, and we limit access to the waitlist records to people who need it to manage early access.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page whenever the site's data handling changes, and we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
